Over the last few weeks we have received some valuable help from two new students that joined our team.
Anna Philippopoulou joined the team directly after high school and just before starting her studies in Physics at the University of Oxford (UK). She is helping with checking RSGs in NGC 6822 in Spitzer images.
Maria Kalitsounaki, a 4th year Bachelor student in the Physics department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, is undertaking her internship. The goal of her project is to study dusty RSGs in the Magellanic Clouds by classifying new spectra from the Baade telescope and use archival data.
